Roles and Responsibilities

Profile Requirement:
Experience in handling General Insurance claims management
End to end knowledge of extended warranty claims
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with Service Network to ensure TATs are met
Good understanding of claims process for home appliances
Good knowledge of alternate solutions in case of repair delays
Knowledge of excel and MIS reporting including daily/weekly/monthly dashboards.
Lead and drive weekly/monthly review with clients
