Job Description

Operational Responsibilities

  • The role is to respond to inbound emails received from our customers in UK regarding their medical claims.
  • You should be able to demonstrate good written skills in English and the ability to make decisions.
  • Key accountabilities include quality in service delivery meeting all SLA targets
  • Contribute towards process improvement initiatives within the organization
  • Analyze the claims from eligibility and underwriting stand point
  • Fulfil individual role in ISO compliance followed in the process/organization

Service Level Management

  • Deliver in accordance with agreed key performance metrics of turnaround time, quality, productivity etc.

2. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Education and Experience

  • Graduate / post-graduate degree
  • Transaction processing experience desirable
  • Experiences in email writing would be preferred.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Good written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively
  • Good logical, analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong client focus
  • Ability to prioritize work and respond to customers within expected time
  • Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team

Technical Competencies

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel required
  • Ability to perform tasks on multiple computer applications

Language Skills

  • English - speaking, reading and writing

Shift timings: 7 45 AM to 4 45 PM and UK shift as well

Work Location: Manyata Tech Park/ Ecopolis Yelahanka
