Job Description

Operational Responsibilities

The role is to respond to inbound emails received from our customers in UK regarding their medical claims.
You should be able to demonstrate good written skills in English and the ability to make decisions.
Key accountabilities include quality in service delivery meeting all SLA targets
Contribute towards process improvement initiatives within the organization
Analyze the claims from eligibility and underwriting stand point
Fulfil individual role in ISO compliance followed in the process/organization

Service Level Management

Deliver in accordance with agreed key performance metrics of turnaround time, quality, productivity etc.

2. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Education and Experience

Graduate / post-graduate degree
Transaction processing experience desirable
Experiences in email writing would be preferred.

Key Skills and Competencies

Good written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively
Good logical, analytical and problem solving abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good interpersonal skills and strong client focus
Ability to prioritize work and respond to customers within expected time
Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team

Technical Competencies

Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel required
Ability to perform tasks on multiple computer applications

Language Skills

English - speaking, reading and writing

Shift timings: 7 45 AM to 4 45 PM and UK shift as well

Work Location: Manyata Tech Park/ Ecopolis Yelahanka
