Looking for a recruiter from Banking industry (preferably) for a bulk hiring role with IIFL -

Roles and Responsibilities

- Accountable for end to end recruitment and Cost effective hiring for assigned zones

- Recruiting frontline fleet for business

- Planning recruitment drives and walk-in for proactively building talent pipeline

- Stakeholder management

Desired Candidate Profile

- Good communication skills

- Self motivated and target oriented

- Post graduate from good B School

- Experience in bulk hiring, preferably from BFSI industry
