JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position: Corporate Trainer
Location: Sector 58, Noida (work from Office)
Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST, Sat & Sun fixed off
Roles & responsibilities:
- Assess and communicate training needs.
- Conduct employee surveys and interviews.
- Consult with other trainers, managers.
- Audit New Hire calls and share the performance report.
- Conceptualize training materials based on data, need and research.
- Create training initiatives for new hires and materials.
- Test and review created materials.
- Interview Talent and identify right resource.
- Instruct employee training and onboarding.
- Conduct training through new materials.
- Review employee performance and learning.
Essential Skills:
- Great Communication,
- Report Management/Analysis,
- Should be able to conduct TNI,
- should understand call audit mechanics and possess Coaching skills.
- Should also have Interview skills
