Role : Digital Marketing Manager Consumer Health & Safety Product
Position Reports to: Marketing Head
Location: Taloja
The position is accountable for:
1. Owner of P&L- Direct to Consumer Online Vertical
2. Lead digital growth strategy and brand communication across all channel
3. Brand Collaborations and Affiliate Partnerships
Key Result Areas
- Establishing a strategic direction for the brand while executing best in class digital campaigns
across channels.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social
media, and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence. Measure and report performance of all digital
marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Plan, execute, monitor and optimize paid campaigns for new product launches, offers and other
large scale promotions.
- Improve SEO capabilities and support the digital ambitions of the brand- Execute the marketing programs from idea to execution via Google Adwords / Facebook Advertising
- Driving lead generation and digital sales via online channels through targeted marketing.
- Strategies and implement best ways to attract and generate most relevant traffic online
-Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm
new and creative growth strategies
-Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
-Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
-Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
and customer touch points
-Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
-Engage in acquiring and retaining existing customers base.
-Maintain a data-first approach to Test, Learn, and Optimize every part of the funnel
-Perform in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and to
continuously improve conversion.
-End to end strategy & execution of media campaigns on all digital mediums
-Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where
appropriate.
-Responsible for determining the format and features of the website to maximize clarity and ease of
navigation for customers. Liaison with the Web designers to develop and alter the website as needed.
-Keep abreast of new developments in the e-marketing world. Also research the companys core
demographics and how to best reach them, to maximize search engine traffic and the effect of the
companys targeted ad buys.
-Plan for e-marketing expenditures well in advance and develop a financial plan that will maximize the
resources.
-Liaise directly with upper management and present the plans for any new advances or initiatives to
improve the companys online presence and e-sales
Job Requirement:
- BE/MBA from a top tier institute with 5 years in digital marketing role across organic and paid
channels.
- Hands on expertise in end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, identifying target
audiences and achieving cost-effective CTRs
- Ability to lead all paid media channels from a growth marketer perspective.- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, as well as Facebook and
Instagram marketing campaigns
- Ability to synthesize numbers, with proficiency in Customer Segmentation and Marketing Automation
processes & tools
- Excellent in handling communications with digital audience and stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social
media and/or display advertising campaigns
-Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
-Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
-Working knowledge of ad serving tools
-Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
-Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
-Team Management
-Experience running media for the FMCG industry.
Qualifications
B Tech/MBA
Digital Marketing experience of min 5 years (D2C would be giving an edge)
Proven track record of achieving targets
