Job Description
REQUIRED MARKETING EXECUTIVE (CRM) FOR A CONTRACTION COMPANY IN KOLKATA
JOB PROFILE:
Give cold calls to purchase areas/source of goods pan India and give requirements.
Give cold calls to buyers south-east Asian countries, UAE
Collects free modes of communication from buyers email IDs, Whatsapp contacts.
Gather requirements from buyers, terms of conditions, documentations required, rates.
Validate rates of buyers by calling at least 10 buyers of same requirement and report to
BDM.
To provide qualified leads and book appointment for BDM, to generate new business
To follow up marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospect leads by telephone
to identify new opportunities
To interact with the BDM for reporting and facilitate decision-making.
To build effective relationships with potential clients and handling and existing customers
with full clarification.
To speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services so
that brand image is provided at all times with professionalism.
To communicate courteously with all customers by telephone, email and face-to face
meeting, video-conferencing, skypes, whats apps.
Tracking and validate transport vehicle location thru GPS.
Follow up for payment collection from buyers
System Updates and Reporting
Prepare way-bill, generate P.O for purchase and communicate.
Follow up with purchase area for date of delivery.,
Check quality, quantity, un-loading, storage, packaging and loading for delivery transport.
Prepare export documentation/ co-ordinate export documentation with the transporter.
Follow up for customs clearance.
Follow up with the transporter supervisor, container driver till delivery to the customer.
Should be conversant with all the three modes of transport: by Air, by Road, by Sea.
In the whole supply-chain, any issues faced should be escalated to the BDM for solution.
