JOB SUMMARY :-
A person with strong domain knowledge in Insurance & Financial Planning will be working in Agency Channel, managing & executing Training interventions across the Region / Branch. Proactive approach required in assessing the learning & development needs, effectively aligning programs / interventions with business objectives and creating / executing the Training Modules in Agency Channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Content development for conversation selling skills, creating EDMs highlighting product features and USPs, refresher modules with questionnaires, etc.
Training interventions to be executed across geography (primarily at CSM Locations)
Measures of Success
Imparting Training:-
Average of 12 -15 Man days of Training : Agency Team
Refresher Training:-
80% of the CSO clearing their quarterly certification
Ensuring right training inputs :-
90% Employees across vertical to attend Induction training
Activation:
Inactive CSO : 30%
Product Mix : As per plan
Ensuring Certification :-
100% Certification of BP advisors as Authorized Verifiers.
100% Certification on Products, ULIP, AML, Ethics & Compliance before licensing & records of 100% of these CSO to be maintained
Key competencies/skills required
Training execution, Training enabling quality business, Ensuring Agency Channel compliance requirement.
Key Highlights
- Sales trainer will be responsible for conducting skills gap analysis, taking and monitoring calls, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training sessions.
- Its an IC role
- Offer compensation up to 4.5 Lakh.
- 6 Days working 2nd Saturdays off subject to business requirement
- Preferred Industry Life Insurance background
- Has to be from Agency Channel Sales / training background
- Interview process TA>HRBP>Regional head & Zonal Head
