Claims should be processed wherever deduct and pay is applicable
Accuracy in claim processing with regard to admissibility, with not more than 2 error cases in a year
Target- Interdepartmental coordination: Ensure resolution of issue/tickets within the same claim TAT period
Claim adjudication to be judicious and accurate in line with the claimed amount, and the applicable benefits as per policy and product
Claims to be processed within the stipulated TAT oer shift:60 reimbursement/ cashless cases to be processed or 120 preauths to be processed
To ensure the reimbursement and Cashless claims are processed within the same day
Piecemeal queries to be avoided totally. To ensure all relevant missing details are raised as query in one go
Send backs should not be more than 5% of cases processed per shift.
