Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish)
Assist customers who walk in to our website and enquire about our products and plan to buy them n , so as to create a great customer experience during the buying journey
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
1. Call customers who have logged into our website and explain product details manage objections and help the customer eventually to complete the buying journey
2. Create great customer engagement levels and build a good pipeline of follow ups and hot prospects .
3. Ensure daily call , contact targets login hours and schedule adherence is met
4. Ensure call quality score is meeting benchmarks.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)
1) Graduate .In case experienced Experience of 1year to 3years experience in selling and closing sales over the phone for life insurance products
2) Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi or English and any 2 regional languages.
3) Exceptional soft skills and customer engagement levels.
4) Should be willing to work 6 days a week.
