Job Description

About the Role: Responsible for end-to-end program or project management and developing strategy to obtain benefits and controls. 7+ years of overall exp. with atleast 3 years of Program / Project Management experience in leading Infrastructure projects. Responsibilities :

7+ years of overall work experience with at least 3 years in the project management capacity, including Managing complex technical projects from inception to completion and all aspects of process development and execution
Strong familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project tools, Knowledge of Planview, ClearQuest, Quality Center and other Project Management tools.
Experience in Data Analysis and Reporting
Strong technical awareness in multiple areas of Technology Infrastructure(Server, Storage, Network, Database, etc)
Competent and proficient understanding of business solutions, such as Document Management, CRMs, Business Web Technology etc.
Analyzing, planning and developing scheduled projects.
Researching and evaluating hardware and software technology options for each project.
Holding regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding upcoming projects.
Strong experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Consult with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements, budgets and business cases, including statements of work.

Essential Qualification:

Knowledge of industry standard Project Management methodologies like PMP
Hands on experience of Infrastructure Project management in the Banking domain.
Managing program/project-related risks according to the Project Management Policy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualification

Any Bachelor Degree
Experience working with global teams.
Ability to influence and negotiate with senior management and lead project teams.
