Oliva is looking for Strong and Dynamic Female Sales Manager/Head for its Centers in Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- To be the point of contact and be responsible for increasing revenue at the clinic by achieving the sales objective
- To supervise client flow and ensure target achievement.
- To plan monthly sales targets and execute them in an accurate, high quality and timely manner.
- To achieve and surpass targets through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Frequently updating the PSS and reviewing google reviews.
- Executing the CRM initiatives for the centre.

Required Candidate profile
Position traits:
- Comprehensive knowledge of customer service, customer experience and process improvements.
- A strategic visionary with strong financial technical skills, sales acumen, analytical ability, judgment and interpersonal skills.
- A well organized and motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- 5+ years of experience in Center Management, Health Care, Retail industry in a Managerial level including at least 3 years in walk-in conversions in a target-based environment.
Personal Traits:
- Energetic, progressive and creative with strong team and hierarchy social dynamics.
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills with a strong cultural awareness.
