This is to inform you that we do have walk-in-Interview for the post of Payroll Executive.

WALK-IN-INTERVIEW Address: 554/D, Ground Floor, Friends C.H Education Charity Trust LBS marg, Opp.Vasant Oscar,Behind Dunncan Company Bus stop, Asha Nagar, Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400080.

Interview Date : 20th May 2019 to 24th May 2019.

Interview Time: Moening 10.30 to 5.30 pm.

Role: EXECUTIVE PAYROLL

Location: Mulund

Reporting: GENERAL MANAGER HR
Role Purpose: To provide 24/7 payroll support in solving employee, and statutory related queries, while managing end to end payroll execution using company systems.
Role Description:
Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to:

Overall responsible for driving Payroll end to end.
Uploading attendance and verifying the same from all clinics and corporate office using Time Software from finger punching machines across
Running Payroll system Sensys end to end
Prepare Salary Statements on a monthly basis, post salary cycle.
Regularly Solving payroll issues, on a day to day basis within TAT defined by Head HR
Actively take part in Payroll - HR audits of Co. and follow all the rules as required by ISO.
F&F Settlement.
Asst. Auditor for salary audits.
Updating Employees Company Life Cycle.
Preparing & maintaining monthly Resignation, Absconding and Termination cases.
Any other work delegated.
