JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title Vice President Sales & Marketing

Qualification BE / MBA
Experience 20 yrs ~ 25 yrs
Location Indore.
Salary Range 12 Lacs CTC per month + sales incentive
Skill Required:
Strong understanding of HVAC market, customer and dynamics for Central air
cooling product & project sales along with air handling & air distribution product
sales.
Deep personal connects with influencers, corporate clients & government
bodies.
Confident presentation skills, tact to handle techno commercial matters in
convincing manner.
Proficient in computer Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook,
Presentation, Word, Excel, etc).
Should posses excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
language.
Willingness to travel very frequently on short notice as per customer demands.
Strong capability in building relationships with unknown persons with strong marketing
and sales skills inbuilt in the DNA.
Job Duties:
Develop business strategies including pricing, market identification, competitor
analysis, understand market strategy business by identifying and cooperating with
consultants and influencers to meet sales target in residential, institutional,
industrial & commercial segments.
Manage the complete sales & marketing as HOD of the department for complete
range of products including ductable evaporative coolers, prefab ducts, ABS air
terminal devices, Air Purifier and future HVAC products for PAN India market.
Conceptualising, planning, implementing & estimation of sales & marketing
strategies to drive growth in above business.
