Roles and Responsibilities

a) Monitoring and auditing the processes and track reports

b) Feedback & coaching

c) Quality Reviews with Stakeholders

d) Identify actions for Quality improvement

e) Provide and support operation with the Q.A reports

f) Facilitate and implement best Quality practices

g) Required to managing the multiple Title customers

h) Flexible to work in shifts based on the business requirement

i) Observe the trend of the errors for the process and suggest the improvement plan

Desired Candidate Profile:-

1. Good Knowledge of US Title Search experience using Netronline and Nationwide search experience

2. CA /FL State knowledge on Title Search also preferable

3. Experience in Title-point, Data trace, Redvision, Data tree and other applications
