Hiring for Title Search - TSG/Foreclosure Examiner for Associate & Senior Associate

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

• Should have Minimum 1 year experience in TSG and 3 to 4 years of relevant Title Search
  experience with Foreclosure products and documents.
• should prepare property reports and title commitments and analyze chain of title and preparation of reports outlining title-related matters.
• Must know how to perform Full Search.
• Candidate should have hands on experience on below listed Title Plants - Data Trace / Title Point / Netro Online applications
• Search, analyze, and evaluate records relating to titles of homes, land, and buildings.
• Ensure that the title to a property in question has no restrictions that may prevent or hinder its sale or use.
• Compile lists of mortgages, contracts, and other instruments pertaining to titles by searching public and private records for law firms, real estate agencies, or title insurance companies.
