The PVSI team across locations provides Analytics, processing and voice support and works to enable a follow-the-sun delivery model for Wells Fargo that would help us service our customers faster. PVSI teams perform bank operation processes across divisions of Payments, Virtual Channels, Operations, Innovations, Marketing and Credit Retail Services About The Role
Manages a large operation with multiple units and/or multiple sites, taking a leadership role in the group, area or function. Typically manages subordinate managers or professional teams. Has accountability for units' financial and operational performance. Develops and implements shorter-term strategies with low-to-moderate financial risk and that could impact functions or activities outside the group. May provide input to the development and implementation of longer-term strategies specific to own units. Responsibilities
