Job Description - Sr. Manager Quality / Manager Quality / AM Quality

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage Team of Auditors
Manage all facets of professional billing revenue cycle processes; Accounts Receivable / AR Follow ups, Charge Posting, Payment Posting, Quality
Developing the team to efficiently execute business operations and cater to projected growth.
Training the team and developing operating processes & systems, to deliver outstanding customer services
Analysing the workflow to improve process quality and enhance productivity
Contribute to the team, processes and quality standards
Developing the organisations policies to motivate & retain the manpower, manage the funds flow and for general administration

Desired Candidate Profile

Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Excellent communication skills and experience in working with US clients directly
Process quality improvement
Prepare and review Quality reports.
Conducting quality review meeting with associates
Willing to work in US shifts.
Hospital / Professional billing experience is preferred
Exp in AR follow up and Denials is must
5 15 years of experience in Quality audit in US Healthcare processes.
Experience in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)

Experience in appeals will added advantage
