Job Profile-

1.Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.

2.Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.

3. Problem solving Capability in IBM, HP and Dell and other vendors laptop/ desktop Hardware

Escalation handling & Knowledge of DHCP and DNS .. function of DORA process

4. Troubleshooting & fixing desktop / laptop OS, e-mail client, printer / scanner, print queue related L2 level issues

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Candidate should have Good communication skills.

2. Qualification- Any Graduate

3. Shift: - DAY SHIFT

Site Address: 4th Floor IT Team, HDFC Bank LTD, Dr, Annie Besant Road, Opp Nehru Planetarium, Worli-18

4. Salary: 22000ctc

5. Must have secured more than or equal to 50% in entire academic.

6. No educational or career gap( gap until 2 yrs will be considered)

7. No Distance/Correspondence/Open Schooling course are allowed.

8. Cab facility One sides (Free of Cost)
