Job Description

We are looking for lead recruiters/Account manager who have experience into team handling for US/Canada market .

Experience: 2-5years

Shift-8:00PM to 5:00AM

Skills: IT/Non-IT Recruiter (Engineering)

Industry: US Recruitment/Staffing (Full Time/Direct Hire, Contract & W2)

Responsibilities and Duties -

Searching Resumes from job portals (ATS, Career Builder, Monster, LinkedIn, and Dice) .
Majorly working for IT & NON -IT Requirements from Direct Clients.
Working on Job Portals & ATS ,Working on JobDiva & submit candidates for the assigned positions.
Mass mailing, Cold Calling, Requirement Sending, Relationship Building, sourcing.,Searching & matching resumes, Salary & Rate Negotiations
Resource mapping, resume screening, problem solving and issue resolution.
End-to-End coordination of interview between prime vendor, third party vendors and consultants.
Preparatory talks with the consultants before Interview.
Follow up with the selected consultants.
Recruiting, Hiring, Submissions & Follow-Up.
Involved in real-time searching & recruitment of Corp to Corp, W2, Green Card consultants.
Involved with full life cycle of the recruitment and with the Business.
