Responsible for Corporate Sales.
1. Clear understanding of the business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
2. Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
3. Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
4. Represent Service apartment in various events and exhibition.
5. Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
6. Conducts daily calls and arrange meeting with corporate clients.
7. Able to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the Company Executive, develop professional long term business relationships.
8. Able to supports service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
10. Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure sales rate.
11. Develop strong relationships with the on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
