Job Description

JOB ROLE:

Answer customer quires with best effort- can be inbound, can be outbound or mails .
Takes escalations or Supervisor calls as when required. Individual contribute role and be good team player.
Provide Technical Support for resolution of customer IT problems, Incidents, issues, request and quires.
Ensure proper documentations, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all Incidents.

Experience- 1-4 years experience in IT Support, Technical Support Voice, International Bpo, Tech Process, Service Desk, incident Management profile.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Candidate with excellent communication skills
Experience in Technical Support,
Have Knowledge in Networking, Out Look, Share Point, Ms office 365, Windows trouble shooting, incident management, Lan , Van, Wan, routing, ISO OSI, Switching, OS level etc,
Should be ready to join in 1 week.

SALARY: UPTO40K CTC

(PF+Esic +Work Appraisal + Bonous)
(5 DAYS working + Both way Cab + Full Security)

Shift: AUS shift
