Technical sourcing/recruiting for multiple business groups and candidate types (e.g. Recent College Graduates, junior to executive Ievel etc)
Proficiency with online sourcing techniques, tools and trends
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, candidate tracking and database applications

Qualifications
3 years of relevant experience in Technical recruiting/sourcing .
Understanding of software and/or hardware technology, ability to read and understand technical requirements.
Demonstrated ability in screening for highly technical positions and identifying candidate strengths and areas of development
Experience with Internet recruiting tools like LinkedIn ,Job Boards ,Blogs ,Twitter etc
Proficient in developing complex Boolean search strings.
At Ieast one year experience using an Applicant Tracking System
Strong negotiating and follow-through skills - Results-oriented ,Team player, highly collaborative
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong - Verbal and written communication skills , Ability to multi-task
Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
