Job Description
Location : Gurgaon
Saturday & Sunday's fixed off (With cab Facility to certain location)

Contract Duration : 2 years (3 extension of 6 month till 2 years, high chance of being permanent)
Free cab facility (to Dwarka, gurgaon, mehruali,sultanpur, Ghittorni, Mahipalpur, AF Rajokri, Rajorkri, Manesar and other near by location in Gurgaon and chattarpur (Saturday & Sunday's are fixed off)
Internal Job Description: FBIS, being the hiring organization, is an integral part of Finance organization of Keysight, which is focused on providing the ERP (Oracle) product, process and project management expertise to consult, develop and deliver solutions that meet our internal customer's present and future business needs. FBIS is primarily engaged in Plan of Record (POR) process management and solution investment benchmarking & recommendations; and overall project management comprising business requirements analysis, functional solution design, partnering with IT teams for solution development, testing and solutions deployment.
- Design and Development: Analyze, solution design and execute design, development and deployment of tools using technologies like Excel Macros, MS Access, VBA, RPA(UIPath), Good in OOPS Concept etc.
- Provide Support and Maintenance of the tools developed using the above technologies
- Knowledge of ASP.NET with C#, MVC, SQL (All Versions),MSBI will be an added advantage.
- Measures of Success
- Increase customer satisfaction: Effective, efficient Customer consulting by identifying and recommending the innovation/improvement ideas for solutions
- Increase speed to opportunity: Build/increase FBIS capability, capacity & flexibility, Contribution to FBIS University and Progress per plan on individual development plan
- Leverage the operating model: Zero compliance issues for process and application design, sign off by sox lead and zero audit issues
- Accelerate growth: Complete your assigned projects on time, in scope and within resource plan, utilizing project management toolkit
- Support & Maintenance: Providing on time support for all existing tools duly meeting the SLA's with aggressive timelines during MEC/QEC/YEC windows with zero escalations.
External Qualifications: MCA or B-TECH equivalent
Work Experience:
- 1 2 years post qualification experience in Design & Development of tools using technologies like VBA and OOPS Concepts Excel Macros, MS Access, RPA etc.
Key Knowledge & Skill Requirement:
- VBA and OOPS Concepts Excel Macros, MS Access, RPA (UIPath)
- Sound Solution Engineering Skills along with design and development of new tools.
- Ability to do coding independently, debugging skills, using the above technologies.
- Must be system oriented & have an interest/ aptitude for developing skills in new applications.
- Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables.
- Understanding of Change Management Process, Autonomy to change processes, solve problem
- Knowledge of Quality Processes used for managing projects and programs
- Timely project completion

- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting and analytical skills.
