Desired Candidate Profile
Responsibilities Include :
- Lead one or more development projects taking the complete ownership of delivery. Guide and mentor reporting project leads and create high performing project teams
- Estimate the work and plan the delivery schedule including tasks, milestones, and dependencies
- Monitor the progress of a project and ensure regular publishing of status report and quality metrics
- Track the risks and issues and work to actively resolve/mitigate
- Ensure that project activities are undertaken and completed as per the organizations processes and standards
- Suggest improvements in system development process / application areas
- Provide recommendations and help direct reports with talent management, objective setting, career development, job rotations, fair and timely appraisals, pipeline management, training, and identification of high potentials, underperformers.
- Create an efficient and effective organization structure. Ensure chargeability and utilization of staff.
-= Work collaboratively to optimize resource management, cross-fertilize ideas, and resolve conflicts and bottlenecks.
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
