Job Description

• Assist Sales Team in identifying opportunities and delivering supply chain solutions.
• Negotiate rates with carriers & match loads accordingly to carriers in order to reduce client cost.
• Identify and communicate any potential issues with shipments during transit.
• Build strong relationships with clients and carriers
  
• Support development of new geographic, program & freight expansion initiatives
  
• Tactfully resolve conflicts between multiple parties
  
• Push team to meet or exceed goals as set out by management
  
• Produce and Review Operational reports to ensure continued process improvement
