Job Description
Your Responsibilities -
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in architecture or interior design
- 2+ years of commercial retail design or architecture experience
- Ability to work within an ambiguous environment and manage change
- Demonstrated experience with building and health codes, 3D visualization and industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to communicate design vision in visual, written and verbal formats
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an extremely fast paced, ambiguous environment
- Work along with a team leader to evolve design Concepts through Moodboards, Schematic Design and Layouts and 3D presentations
- Have a basic knowledge of Materials, Finishes and other design components and reflect the same in Material Specification decks
- Have working experience on all integral drawings including Layouts, Elevations, Details and evolve them till Good for Construction drawings.
- Have understanding of materials specifications as per design detailing
- Understand site specific queries and concerns and document the site progress through Quality Reports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management and problem solving skills
- Proven track record of owning projects from start to finish
- Familiarity with CAD, Sketch UP, 3D rendering, and Adobe Creative Suite
