SENIOR POSITION - TENDERING
Corporate Office , Valsad
Excellent Career Opportunity exist at our Corporate Office for Civil Engineers having 7 to 15 years work experience in TENDERING for Industrial Buildings Projects ( Engineering , Pharma , Chemical Industries).
SCOPE OF WORKS:
Study details requirements of Tenders / Inquiries such as Scope of Works,SCC,GCC Commercial terms and conditions etc Generates Reports/Summery Conduct Site Visits, attends Pre and Post Bid Meetings Preparing Estimation of Proposals for Civil @ Structural Iteams,Interpretation of Scope of Works,Drawings,Specifications including preparation of material take off and their pricing, Man-hours, Construction Equipments etc for Technical and Commercial Proposals.
To prepare detailed Cost Plan/Schedule including Direct/Indirect Manpower Cost Price Negotiation with Sub-Contractors/Vendors for Construction/Execution and Material Supply for competitive bidding.
To compute Cost Factors, preparing Basic cost Estimation Sheets for review and management approval .
Coordination with Construction Sites and Contractors and other depts. Like,Contracts,Taxation and Finance to identify their Cost to be included in Bids remains effective till execution and completion of projects .
Evaluate economic viabilities of Proposals for reducing the project cost- Investigate New Job Leads through conversation with Clients,Web Sites and News Medias . Forecast future Projects List and follow up with Clients .
