Job Description

Provide Level 1 client support and technical issue resolution via CRM (Sales Force) tool, phone and email medium
. Work with Tier2 team to analyse furthermore on the request and provide a resolution.
International inbound calling experience mandatory
Must possess team player attitude, strong work ethics and strict adherence in following the process
Must be collaborative, possess good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient knowledge and usage of MS Office products
Willing to learn new technologies/different internal product lines.
Good at handling international phone calls and willing to work in a 24/7 environment, ( (predominantly night shifts)
Good logical troubleshooting skills
Willing to commute on their own
Able to work from home, considering the current situation
High speed internet (WiFi) connection would be a must
Possession of desktop/laptop would be preferred
