Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for Insurance Testers with following skillset:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as QA Analyst Tester into non-life Insurance domain - Property and Casualty (P&C) or General Insurance or Reinsurance or Commercial Insurance or Marine Insurance or London market (Lloyd's) or Guidewire or Duckcreek (DCT) - is a must .
- Workers Compensation understanding is good to have.
- Knowledge of Test Management Tools like QA Complete.
- Hands-on with Defect Management Tools like Jira, Confluence etc.
- Full knowledge of Software Testing Life cycle and Agile methods.
- Well versed with QA methodologies.
- Ability to work with clients and Onsite/Offshore teams on a day to day basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
