Key Responsibilities
Drive high quality and high volume app installs across Android apps via multiple acquisition channels (Facebook, Google Play, Ad Networks).
Have reasonable experience in managing ad networks right from onboarding, legal & compliance checks, operational & logistical support and driving traffic volume at optimal budget via them.
Have reasonable experience in running APK (out of Play Store) installs.
Develop strategies that increase app downloads, in-app engagement and conversion
Defining success metrics (KPIs) and reporting needs for campaigns (pre & post)
Perform Keywords Research & Analysis, Website Analysis and Competitor analysis to generate various lists of targeted keywords for campaigns
Generate relevant creative ad copies including text ads, site links and content for display ads and native ads on mobile
Drive a huge volume of organic traffic which increases month-on-month via a good understanding of SEO & ASO
Help the brand gain a positive outlook on the web through relevant experience in ORM which includes social sentiment curation across channels like Google Play, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and blog forums like Quora & Reddit.
Enhance the lifetime value of the customer via a good understanding of running re-engagement campaigns via SMS, Email Marketing & Push Notifications via a data-driven approach.
Have a sound experience in Fraud Management techniques across ad networks and publishers.
Competition trend mapping - Identify product opportunities through competitive research and testing.
Qualifications
Overall 2+ years experience in digital media planning and execution on the client side, preferably for a mobile-based FinTech start-up with an experience of handling marketing budgets over USD 1 Million per quarter
Proven capability of driving large scale mobile customer acquisition through digital marketing
Experience of creating and managing UAC for Fintech/ E-commerce companies and PPC search marketing
Should have a basic understanding of conversion tracking and analytics
Knowledge of website analysis using different analytics tools including Google Analytics
Proficient with tools such as keyword tool, traffic estimator etc.
Work effectively in teams in a challenging start-up setup
Prior SEM experience working in a Fintech or ecommerce with Google Certifications would be a plus
