Subject Knowledge: Must have knowle Accounting Standards Company Law provisions Statutory Compliances of Companies Must have knowledge about Consolidation accounting procedures Must be able to finalize the books of entities viz. Companies LLPs Firms- based on Accounting Standards Companies Act and as per audit requirements. Must have knowledge of Direct taxation Should be able to compile details for Income tax scrutiny matters Tax Audi DTP audit. Experience during Articleship/ Employment: Must have had experience in finalizing books of accounts of Companies and Firms Must have Prepared Income tax returns of Companies and Firms Must have compiled details for Income tax submissions/ D Mumbai Salary - Upto 7-8 lpa (Depending upon knowledge experience and Current CTC) If interested kindly send the CV on thehirepoint@gmail.
