Job Description:

Resolving issues on Service desk support queries via Phone & Email.

Basic Computer knowledge required to help the users Email wrhiting & Reading skills should be good.

Good communication skills required (Hindi & English) any other language (Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada) will be an added advantage.

Willing to work in a 16*7 environment (Rotational shifts/6 Days a week) (Female- 7am 8 pm & Male 7 am 11 pm)

IT would be work from home till the everything gets normal.
