Job Description

1.Requires designing, implementing and monitoring effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals. 2.Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase sales and Marketing. 3.Able to achieve sales targets monthly as well as annually. 4.Need to create new customers and to increase sales volume. 5.Establish the brand name and capturing market position in respective regions in India. 6.Establish strong OEMs and new possibilities to expand the business. 7.Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies. 8.Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary. 9.Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly. 10.Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics on monthly meetings. 11.Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth. 12.Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events. 13.Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department. 14.Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives. 15.Track competitors activities. 16.Designing and reviewing the Marketing departments budget. 17.Strong leadership skills. 18.Excellent communications skills. 19.Strong analytical and project management skills. 20.Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions. It includes managing a variety of promotional projects end-to-end, including paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing techniques.
