Internal hiring exp at least 1 year in US Staffing is preferred.

Versatile Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with good experience on recruitment giving the best solution to the client as well as to the consultant.

Excellent communication skills

Very Good hands on exposure in Recruitment of Technical, and IT professionals

Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites, Job portals - Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn etc

Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements

IT Staffing experienced candidates are preferred
