Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Visualize the Overall eLearning Design
• Creates content in accordance with the end goals and create content that matches them with the SB.
• Knows authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate. etc.
• Can create/edit audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.
• Acquires and applies new technology skills to design practice.
• Perform Self Reviews.
• Ensure process adherence.
• Adhere to project-related standards and guidelines.
• Executes the design projects.
• Works with subject matter experts to identify target audiences training needs.
• Maintain project documentation and course folders.
• Visualize and executes instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product.
  Hands on experience in Premier Pro, CorelDraw ,Adobe Tools, After Effects , Video Editing, Character Animation.
