Required JOB Skills:
Understand the requirements assigned by the account managers.
Search for the consultants on the search engines and job portals.
Contract and permanent staffing Experience (Must)
Coordinate with the consultant and the account manager for scheduling the interviews and upon selection
Engage the consultants in communication and build relationships with them.
Additional Skills:
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken skills.
Telephonic and e-communication skills.
Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
Skill to search on various search engines including the job portals for the specified consultants.
Knowledge of different technologies and the terminology of the software development environment.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure.
This position provides a salary base plus Incentives, ongoing training and benefits.
