Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in training field

Training delivery experience is must

Must have experience of Soft Skills training, OJTs, rolling out training Calendars, TNA/TNIs, Stakeholder Management and training coordination

Microsoft office skills

Must be open to relocation

Well versed with regional language + English

Should have experience of working in team

Should have good communication skills

Industry preferred Retail, FMCG, Hospitality

Any training certifications received will be an added advantage
