Experience
Candidates should at least 6 months to 2 years of experience in Handling a team in an International BPO
Technical Competencies: (Job related)
Good Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Good Analytical skills, should be able to highlight the observation with the daily, weekly and monthly production data.
Should manage the team independently with a very minimum support from the AM.
Should able to communicate to the client as and when required.
Need to keep the team members motivated and provide feed back regularly.
Soft Skills: (Job related)
Good communication & Interpersonal skills
Should be a go-getter
Should be able to take decisions independently
Others:
Should be willing to work in US night shift.
Mandatory: US shift.
