Position : Project Manager/Program Head
Educational Qualifications : BE(software engg)/MBA
Location : Vikhroli
Notice period: Immediate
Salary Range: As Per Market Standard
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Own and drive successful planning, execution and delivery of the project
- Should have wide breath of knowledge of various online and offline portal technologies
- Analyse all aspects of customer experience and business profitability
- Plan, hire and set up and strong team required for the project
- Drive Project execution and delivery according to the project needs and requirements
- Manage a team of operations, business development, designing and marketing
- Create project plans detailing project schedule, resource/budget estimates, quality requirements and metrics, organizational change management activities
- Establish project roles and responsibilities and provide team members with clear direction
- Define and document project work breakdowns, monitor task, status, update work estimates and timelines, and incorporate new tasks into the project as required
- Direct daily activities and efficiently manage a project team of business and development resources
- Take complete ownership and drive issues end-to-end independently
- Excellent analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication both verbally and written is a must.
