Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging - Will have to manage the development team for deliverables. - Work collaboratively with PM and app developers - Write clean, efficient, maintainable and reusable code and libraries and APIs - Write well-tested RESTful backend APIs that service the frontend with JSON - Design robust, scalable and secure features - Troubleshoot and debug applications through extensive unit testing - Perform UI tests to optimize performance and user experience - Constantly drive innovation and improvements in the platform Required Candidate profile Requirements : - Qualifications: Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent. - Min Experience of 1-5 yrs on building web applications using Python, PostgreSQL, Java script, HTML5 and CSS in Linux environment. - Min 1 yrs of SW development experience in any python framework with exposure to full stack development. Django will be preferred. - Should have knowledge in writing SQL functions, triggers, complex queries. - Candidates with MIS, Reporting Tools exposure will be a plus. - Unix shell scripting and automation program for Server maintenance and daily Job is preferred. - Should have experience in the Linux Operating system. - Understand the Clients requirements and coordinate with the team to deliver the deliverables. - Passion for software engineering and a history of self-learning programming languages - Solid understanding of object-oriented design, programming, and testing patterns. - In-depth understanding of the entire web/ mobile application development process. - Working knowledge of Django's Rest framework and SVN/ GIT repository. - Able to design, code, unit test, and debug complex, DOM-based applications. - Having knowledge or experience in GPS tracking using PostGIS database. - Experience with cloud infrastructure tools in AWS and Google Cloud is a plus. - Experience in Android/ iOS or Hybrid mobile application development is a plus.
