Opening for Tele Sales Associate- Mumbai,Gurgaon,UP and Bihar

Male/Female

Graduate in any stream

Any Sales Experience Must 

Minimum Exp: 1 year

CTC upto 5.00L

Age : 28

1. Work from home opportunity till lockdown gets over
2. Salary as per company standards + Incentives (Yearly 4 times appraisalbased on the performance.
3. 6 Days working 1 day Rotational off, Shift timing from 10 am to 9 pm
4. 1st 3 month Associate will be on contract after that they will be taken in DoubtnetPayroll.
5. Candidates should be having theirown Laptop and Internet connection.

Job roles & responsibilities :

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Answering questions about products or the company. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service (using scripts if available)

• Answer questions about products and services of the company

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

• Direct prospects to the marketing team/ sales team when needed (internal)

• Enter and update customer information in the database or in an excel sheet.

• Take and process licence generation requests and process it accordingly.

• Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation

• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
