Desired Qualification: MBA or Equivalent in Hospital Administration/Hospital Management
Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Hospital/Clinic Operations Head/Manager
Key Responsibilities:
The center manager oversees the general functioning of the facility & focus on quality. This position manages the financial well-being of a healthcare facility, implements policy and manages the medical and non-medical staff.
He/She will manage P&L of the center by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing support to the initiatives in line with the strategic plans of Centre For Sight by effective utilization of resources to ensure quality patient care and effective doctor engagement methodologies.
