A Site Core Developer needs to work on technical innovation and should have both theoretical and hands-on technical knowledge of various business problems or projects. He or she needs to utilize established development tools, guidelines, and conventions, including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET. The role of a Site Core Developer also involves developing interface systems to integrate with third-party systems using various APIs such as JSON and REST, as well as maintaining existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
Job Description:
The roles and responsibilities of the Site Core Developer include the following:
Designing and reviewing codes and testing new Windows and Web software applications and documenting applications based on the project s functional and business requirements
Suggesting improvements in code and quality
Developing or directing software system testing or validation procedures
Enhancing existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement
Investigating and developing skills in new technologies
Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies
Desired Skills and Experience:
Education MCA/BTech/BE
Experience 3-5 years of relevant experience
Experience in designing and developing Sitecore-based web applications
Experience in developing complex, high-availability, high-volume, and n-tier applications
