Job Description
Only CA passed male candidate with knowledge of Forex, Accounts knowledge, worked with Chemical company, having knowledge of export, good communication skills, should know to handle accounts independentCA passed with good merit, should have sound knowledge of accounts, work experience knowledge after passing CA must be at least 3 yrs.
Scrutiny of Ledgers & rectification of errors, if any
Ensuring timely and correct filings of GST Returns
Calculation of TDS Deduction of Staff, Contractors & Professionals
Preparing Monthly TDS Statements
Submitting data related to TDS to CA on a quarterly basis for filing TDS Returns
Ensuring correct Filing of PF & ESI
Supporting Accounts Manager for Resolving queries related to I.T., GST, PF, ESI, etc.
Submission of monthly book debt statements / stock statements / creditors statement and calculating monthly drawing power
Checking bank advices and accounting the same properly and following up with bank for resolution of any discrepancies
Submitting necessary documents to Banks on time for remitting commission of export agents
Timely Resolution of queries raised by banks
Checking vouchers of HO Staff and putting up the same for approval
Preparation of Monthly Salary Statement for HO Staff
Some times may have to travel to factory ( Vapi ) or banks, Tax authorities.
