Greetings From Hexaware ,

We are Hiring Professionals for Voice Team Leader Role for Domestic inbound process.

Work Location - Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli)

Working Hours - Rotational shifts

1 Rotational week off

Roles & Responsibilities for Team Leader-

Should have handled agents

Should handle team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals

Responsible for staff retention within the team.

Should be aware of KPIS, SLA, AHT, Occupancy, Attrition Formula, Shrinkage formula.

Excellent communication skills

Requirement-

Should have Min 2 years experience as "Team Leader" (on papers- mandate)

Must have experience with Inbound Voice process.

Should be Graduate in any stream (Mandate)
