Job Location: Navi Mumbai ( Ghansoli), India

Roles & Responsibilities for Team Leader-

Should have min 1 yr TL exp on papers in US voice process

Should have handled agents

Should handle the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals

Responsible for staff retention within the team.

Should be aware of KRAS, KPIS, SLA, AHT, Occupancy, Attrition Formula, Shrinkage formula.

Excellent communication skills

US SHIFTS

WEEKENDS OFF
