Job location - Ghansoli ( Navi Mumbai )

Working hours - Rotational shifts

• Diagnosing and resolving all type technical issues
• Should have experience in End User Support
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting
• Single point of contact for all IT day to day tasks
• Willing to work extra hours
• Should have team handling experience
• Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to IT Assets and kept up to date
• Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more
• Good team Player

Requirement - Graduates with Minimum 3 years expertise in Desktop/server engineer .
