We are looking for talented professionals with excellent communication skills for "Team leader.

Position : Team Lead (International Voice Process)

Mandate :

Education Qualification - Any Degree

Process -

Location: Chennai

Shift: Night shift and 5 days work

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in BPO, includes 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in any international voice process .

Preferably US process Background Verification experience will be an added advantage

Preferably from International Voice Process
Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.

Excellent People Management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities for Team Leader-

Should know throughput calculation like attrition, shrinkage, AHT, SLA.

Should have handled minimum 20 agents.

Should handle the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals

Responsible for staff retention within the team.

Should be aware of KRAS, KPIS, SLA, AHT, Occupancy, Attrition Formula, Shrinkage formula.

Excellent communication skills

• Notice : Immediate Joiner/ 1 Month of notice preferable.
