Overall Job Description

Support Pioneer Wealth Managers and help in broadening Client Coverage of their mapped base.
Meet customers mapped to these Wealth Managers and enhance relationships to achieve higher balance deepening and product penetration.
Profiling of Mapped customers to attain complete knowledge of the base in terms of family, demographics & customer lifestyle and also product relationships with other banks.
Identifying opportunities for cross sell to achieve cross sell targets across all the products.
Taking care of Branch level queries of Pioneer clients.
Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer wallet share and satisfaction leading to client retention and growth.
