Designation:  Planning Analyst

Job Type: Full Time Contract

Payroll Partner : Ascent Staffing

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary: This position reports to senior manager, planning and is responsible for tracking plan Vs actual, create alert mechanism to callout deviation, develop dashboard with for key metrics. The person would be responsible for capacity management of supply chain.

This will be an individual contributor role where he/ she would be engaged in day to day problem solving in terms of capacity planning and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Work with operations and Category partners on Inbound Scheduling
• Responsible for In stock Rates
• Managing Vendor Schedules and ensure Healthy Fill rates.
• Understand bottleneck processes and optimize on inbound capacity Utilization
• Create dashboards to track plan Vs actual IB  
• Proficient in excel and working knowledge of R/ VBA is a plus
• Work closely with various internal groups to understand business requirements, implement new processes and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Required skill sets:

• Graduate with prior working experience of planning/ supply chain
• Strong display of Flipkart values and ethos
• Ability to analyse large data and convert into simple presentable forms
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills
• Ability to come up with ideas and improvements
• Excel/ R modelling skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows skills
